Journal Prompts For Your Weekend

Since COVID19 happened, everyone is on edge. I can feel it and smell it! The tension is thick! It isn’t just the smoke and gray days but remnants of unchecked emotions lingering about. All people are processing grief and loss. Many are processing hurts, habits and hang-ups. Often times, when pressure and stress comes, many will see that what is in us will come out when we are squeezed. My heart goes out to all. I understand this is not an easy period in our lives but we can do something about it.

Reflection Questions for your weekend:

How are you staying encouraged? How have you seen grace abound this week?

What are some of your favorite things ( Pumpkin Spice, Teas, Coffees, Book, etc)?

What areas are you building up boundaries?

What areas are you uprooting fear, worry, and wounds?

How have you seen healing or wholeness in your life, or the life of a loved one?

How do you keep hope louder than fears?

What do you sense God is doing in, through, and around you?

How are you growing in wonder?

How are you growing the grace and the knowledge of the Lord, Jesus Christ?

Life can be full of hope and abundance; I am certain we can find it because the life we want and desire: Jesus came to give us life and we can have it abundantly! A little about me: I am a wife, first. Next, I am a mama to five children; my husband and I have four daughters and son! I love to connect and talk about things of God and look for beauty in life.
