When Fear Crawls In

I looked at it a second time then a third. Upon examining it carefully, the lump didn’t look right. Fear swarmed and swam through my mind and heart. We sat to pray. My heart feared the worst for a moment, but I decided to put it in its place.

An appointment is schedule for Thursday 2pm.

Fear isn’t allow to rob me of my peace or sleep. I refuse.

What I do to put peace on the throne: go to God. Yeah, I had a good cry, but I can’t let it rule over me.

John 16:33

I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”

Oh Lord, you are my source of joy and peace in the midst of sorrows.

What are your go to’s? My peace, as Jesus said, is directly from him. I go to him in prayer and experience him in the reading of the Bible.

I don’t know what you are facing today, but let’s go together to God by reading his word and prayer.

Let’s pray: Dear God, Thank you that we have peace and truth through you and your word. I thank you that though there are fears and sorrows in this world, you say to take heart. I praise you for you alone are my source of Peace. Amen.

Life can be full of hope and abundance; I am certain we can find it because the life we want and desire: Jesus came to give us life and we can have it abundantly! A little about me: I am a wife, first. Next, I am a mama to five children; my husband and I have four daughters and son! I love to connect and talk about things of God and look for beauty in life.
